Mixed open undulating parkland with areas of flatter woodland. Good runnability.

Directions:

By road. Leave M25 at junction 26. Take Epping exit – A121 east, then after approx 200m turn left at the Volunteer pub onto Woodgreen Road. At end of road (approx 1 mile) turn right onto Horseshoe Hill then immediately left.

It is advised that traffic coming from Epping on the A121 drive to junction 26 then double back.

Parking in Warlies House Car Park.
