Event Overview
This event is open to all clubs but only clubs affiliated to SEOA are eligible to win SEOA medals. Prizes will be awarded to the three class winners from SEOA clubs plus the fastest all female & all junior teams in the open class. Each team is made up of three runners, and there will be a mass start.
In addition to the relay courses, the Yellow and Orange Courses are open for individuals and family groups who would like to try orienteering.
Directions
From the North at junction of A113 and A1112, south on A1112 approx 2.5 miles. Straight on at traffic lights at Chigwell Row. Follow signs to Country Park. Turn left into park, just before traffic lights.
From the South at junction of A12 and A1112, north on A1112 approx 3 miles. Turn right into park, just past traffic lights.
From M25, Junction 28. A12 direction Romford. After approx 4.5 miles, turn right at traffic lights onto A1112, then proceed as above.
Car Park
Park as directed. Pay and Display (£3). Foxburrows Car Park, Hainault
Forest Country Park, Chigwell Row, Essex. Grid ref TQ 478929.
Nearest tube station is Hainault (1.5 miles) Central Line.
Car park is located within 200 metres to start/finish from car park.
Dogs welcome if under control.

Mass Starts: Open 10:30 am; Junior 10:35; Handicap 10:40.
Courses close: 2:00 pm

Relay Entries
Relay teams of 3 pay the aggregate of entry fees for the three team members. Entry via Fabian4 only.
£7.00 Seniors/ £2.50 Juniors.
Individual Entries
Orange and Yellow courses are available to those who wish to try out orienteering. First starts 10:45, last start 12:00.
