Event Overview

This events is great for an introduction to orienteering, as the courses are not too technical. There are two courses – Yellow and Light Green with an extension available for those wanting a longer run.

The Greater London Orienteering Summer Series (GLOSS, formerly FROLICs) is an annual handicap competition between SE Orienteering Clubs in which all club members run the same course and the handicapping system means that it is very unlikely that the fastest runner will win! For club members, the series includes a team competition where points are allocated to each club based on a handicap system.
