Park Race Series 2013 Final
Battersea Park hosted the final of the 2013 Park Race Series with Race 11 won by CHIG’s Jonathan Albon. Series winner Ed Catmur was 2nd with CHIG Captain Harold Wyber 3rd on the night. Ed Catmur’s second place was good enough to clinch the title, with Albon and Wyber finishing 2nd and 3rd in the series overall.

In the Women CHIG’s Henriette Klovstad came home 6th in Race 11, enough to hold on to her joint 2nd place in the overall league standings.

In all 14 CHIG members competed at one or more of the Races in the Series in 2013 (the third most represented club) with a total of 50 runs from CHIG members, which included a Race at Wanstead Flats hosted by CHIG, with many more of our members helping out at that event.
