CHIG Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

This year the AGM will be held at a new venue for the Club, the Old Loughtonians Hockey Club. The Committee has for some time been considering the need to have a central location for the members to meet, socialise and train from, and the opportunity has presented itself to assess whether the Hockey Club might provide this. We hope that as many of you as possible will take the opportunity to come and look at the facilities offered and help in making this decision.

As usual the AGM business will be conducted first followed by light refreshments and orienteering exercies and activities.

It would be helpful if you could indicate your attendance to help plan for food and drink. There is no charge for this event.
