This orienteering event is part of the South West Essex Local League and is predominantly aimed at regular orienteers, both adult and junior. As a “Local” event, BOF Ranking points are not available.
Beginners are welcome, and some of our coaches intend to attend and will be happy to help beginners. Of the available “colour-coded” courses, we would recommend a White or Yellow course for junior beginners (depending on age) and Yellow or Orange for most adult beginners. Courses Green and Blue are the most technical courses and are not usually suitable for beginners.
Varied vegetation safe urban park with striking contour features. From the Stort Navigation up to the Netteswell Valley.
Harlow Town Park (updated autumn 2012).
Scale 1:10 000.
