Mainly deciduous vegetation forest, Epping Forest at its challenging best. Northern end of map not used for orienteering since 1988. Completely remapped summer/ autumn 2016. 1:10 000

Directions

By road. Signed from A104 Woodford New Road junction with Oak Hill, approximately 500m north of A406 North circular.
By rail. Approx 15 minutes walk from Highams Park station. (London Liverpool Street to Chingford line.)
By tube. Approx 20 minutes walk from Woodford tube station, Central line.
Car Park: Parking at Best Western hotel, Oak Hill, Woodford Green, Essex.
