Coaching Sessions will commence at 11 o’clock, unless otherwise advised, with a maximum duration of 90 minutes. There will be a variety of exercises to suit all ages and abilities.

The sessions will be developed and led by club member Tim Dedman who is completing his Level 2 Coaching Certificate. Tim is a District Commander in Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service, a qualified mountain leader, First Aid/AED/Trauma Care Instructor, assesses the Duke of Edinburgh Award at all levels and about to start an MSc in Leadership.
